For me it used to be hard to get my hands on new recipes. I know: the internet is full of ’em and there are gazillion cooking-magazines. It just always seemed so hard to pick one and dare to cook it, not knowing if it will turn out great or if all the hard work will pay off.
A few weeks back I just did it and actually found some dishes I really like! This is the first one I bothered to take a picture of:
The only thing I did differently was skipping the raisins… That just seemed weird 🙂
This is what the meal looked like in the book and, if you care, there’s the recipe. It’s in German, but should any foreign reader actually read this -as if :)- I’d be glad to translate it into English.
