Danke für den Tipp, habe ich schon gelesen. Mir hat es auch gut gefallen, meiner Meinung nach hätten ein paar Ansätze aber noch intensiver ausgearbeitet werden können. Wie ich bei Shelfari geschrieben habe: “A minor point of critique would be that it has an episode-y feel to it, which seems deliberate, as it strives to be similar to fairytales, but sometimes hinders the reader to dive deeply into the story.”
Deswegen hatte ich nicht so eine emotionale Bindung zu den Charakteren wie etwas bei “The Bookthief”. Kennst du das?
Das ganze Märchenthema beim BoLT hat mir allerdings sehr gut gefallen.
