I love Batman. I love him from his “nana-nana” to his butler, who made me cry during the last cinematic release on this epic superhero.
I love him for his dead parents – poor, lonely Bruce! – and for his attitude. He is no Tony Stark, arrogant and attention seeking.
He visits charity events because he has to, even if he stayed out late the night before, defending Gotham City, and would rather retire to bed early – and he does all that, not because it is easy, but because it is right.
Endure, Master Wayne. Take it. They’ll hate you for it, but that’s the point of Batman, he can be the outcast. He can make the choice that no one else can make, the right choice. (Alfred Pennyworth)
Besides being tall, dark and handsome, which never hurts, he is kind and clever.
It’s not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me.
To me, he’s everything a superhero should be – and this Batcat does a remarkable impression of him!
Doesn’t he look heroic?
The interwebz are amazing, it seems like everyday there is something new and exciting that someone put out there, for others to enjoy and share.
Scribbler Too is one of these things. It’s a nifty little side that lets you, you guessed it, scribble something. What sets it apart are the tiny webs the programme adds to your lines, making your designs looks whimsical and fresh.
It lets you tune your brush settings, change your colors and the size of the canvas you’re drawing on. You can even upload images and scribble on them and save everything you’ve created on your computer, without the hassle to register somewhere.
You should try it! I bet the next birthday/wedding/bar mitzvah is just around the corner, and who wouldn’t like a creative, self-made card?
I want something to eat, and I want it now.
Now I say!
I shall not rest until my belly is full!
I shall not be tempted by your feeble attempts of distractions, I shall…

A daily fight that always ends in a win-win situation: Some cuddles for me from my independence-loving Jack, some noms for his ever-hungry self.
Yesterday a pupil of mine gave me flowers to thank me for tutoring him- I blushed like a schoolgirl.
It was awful, the moment I saw him enter I simultaneously felt really happy and really embarrassed 🙂
Look at those pretties:
Pretty perfect: red and pink, lots of green and a hint of white. The perfect bouquet for a woman of my age- I’m so glad it wasn’t a granny-bouquet :).
Oh look, how cute: Jack likes them, too! Awww…..
NO, JACK, NO! Bad cator!
I guess that’s the price you pay for being a
Of course Lily got her place in the spotlight, too. Super cute as always, she stole her way into people’s hearts:
Too bad that the people at “the Daily Kitten.com” put a pic of Jack in Lily’s set by mistake. So about 2 thirds of the comments are about Lily’s wicked cuteness, the remaining third about how bad the flower Lily is for cats- as the pic with Jack shows him sniffing on some.
I have this feeling that Lily, undeservedly, came in second to Jack’s cuteness, though there hasn’t been a competition. Poor Lily-Vanilli, for we all know she’s the cutest kitty in town!
Guess she’ll be cuddled extra hard the next days to make up for that whole TDK escapade.
I’ve been following the Daily Kitten for a while now, cause, let’s face it: I can’t get enough of cute kitties. Like so often, I don’t even know what got me started on this site, I guess it has was the beautiful Katy.
However, I always thought that my kitties are the cutest (how couldn’t I?) so I wrote the guys of t.D.K a mail, and BAM! They loved them 🙂
A few mails back and forth and a week later:
and people loved him:
